The 2018 Pro Wrestling Championship Series is set to be a historic night of action! On the heels of Stage One which featured huge stars, big announcements and a shocking title change, Stage Two is set to be even bigger!
Paco Gonzales shocked PWCS as he captured the Gateway Heritage Championship from Danny Adams, but the time for celebration is over. Paco will have to defend his title against Blacklist leader Matt Kenway. Kenway is out to prove himself and there’s no better way to do it than capturing the Gateway Heritage Championship.
The Ego Busters vs Submission Squad main event is a match that has been building for multiple seasons. Ever since their first meeting, Gary Jay and Danny Adams have been building a history of knocking each other out cold. At each meeting, Adams and Jay have managed to KO one another without definitively answering who the better man is. The league has decided this issue will be settled once and for all, in a Last Man Standing match!
Star of Mae Young Classic, Impact Wrestling, and NWL Marti Belle will be in the house as well for a night you don’t want to miss!

Crazy breaking news out of PWCS offices tonight. Dingo announced he would not be able to compete 11/11 at Stage 4, and apparently Blacklist leader Makaze did not take this news too kindly.
With only one Stage to make it to the finals, Makaze has traded Dingo‘s contract to The Resurgence in exchange for the newly signed Matt Knicks.
Knicks was signed to round out the injured Resurgence roster, but is a huge standout from Chicago that could push the Blacklist back to the championship.
This of course factors into the 11/11 card.
Knicks will now represent the Blacklist in a singles match with The War Horse Jake Parnell, who will suit up for the Resurgence. Parnell could be at less than 100% considering the health of the Resurgence, can he fight through the pain and score a win?
In the main event, The Chainsaw Viking Alex Rudolph will fill the open slot and face Danny Adams, Gary Jay, and Mat Fitchett in the main event! Rudolph has history and bloody battles with Gary and Fitchett, and combined with thr natural Blacklist vs Ego rivalry, this one may be even more explosive than originally planned!
++++++++ News from PWCS
We are just a little over two weeks away from this jam packed event! As an added bonus we’ve added one last minute addition, as fast up and coming star AJ Gray has been added!

MWR artist Dartallion Allen Jr. returns to the site with his MWR 2016 Award Top Draws of the 2016 MWR Wrestler of the Year Mike Outlaw. Outlaw had a great year in which he won titles and delivered exciting matches around the Midwest in just about every top promotion that we covered. This MWR plaque is sponsored by our dear friend Brandis Outlaw, and will feature this very own artwork in the frame. In the near future we hope to present it to him in person to honor him on a memorable 2016. .

The STLI was everything we thought it would be and more. Gary Jay is the 2017 STLI Champion in what could be the start of a huge season for the Submission Squad. Sean Orleans went toe to toe with Big Mike and came out alive. The most shocking news of all though was when Davey Vega made the split decision to kick his bestie Mat Fitchett low to retain the Gateway Heritage Championship in the main event.
Now a member of the Ego Busters, Davey Vega will go in to Stage One with a huge target on his back. “The Miracle Worker” will be charged with the task of getting a win for the Ego Busters AND holding on to his G.H.C. in a match against Paco! And you know that Mat Fitchett won’t be letting Vega leave the Spaulding Hall without getting some revenge!
Stage One is also our look at the newly rebuilt Blacklist! Makaze will lead his band of misfits into Alton, IL as they take on The Submission Squad! Alexander Rudolph and his chainsaw Jackie Blue will battle Evan Gelistico with Shawshank. Gary Jay will also battle Wresling’s Bride of Frankenstein Angelus Layne one on one!

MWR fans thank you so much checking out the MWR website and supporting the promotions, wrestlers and this past week the Managers, Referees and Ring Announcers. As you know most of these talented and hard working men and women are my personal friends so I am so glad that you had the decision to choose this fine award.
First off let me apologize for not setting an exact time in my post for the poll to end. I have learned my lesson and it will not happen again.
Brian Kelley -Owner and Editor of Missouri Wrestling Revival
I would like to congratulate first off Sarah Rose. In less than a year she has become a crowd favorite among the wrestling fans. MWR fans cheered her as she ring announced the last St. Louis Anarchy event as the era came to a close with Davey Vega defeating Mat Fitchett, and you can still catch her at the exciting Pro Wrestling Championship Series (PWCS). The best is yet to come for this charismatic ring announcer.
We would like to congratulate Sarah Rose as the 2016 MWR Ring Announcer of the Year.
Sarah Rose 24.89%
Don Diablo 24.66%
Ben Simon 19.51%
Lucy Mendez is a former 2-time MWR Female Wrestler of the Year that is a double threat as a manager for the likes of Ace Steel and Elvis Aliaga. She is always one step ahead of the ref, while causing anger from the fans. Still, she has earned the respect of the fans enough to be voted as the 2016 MWR Manager of the Year.
We would like to congratulate Lucy Mendez as the 2016 MWR Manager of the Year.
Lucy Mendez – 20.75%
WyldeFyre – 17.4%
Travis Cook – 16.14%
“Gentleman” Jason Pemberton has worked all over the Midwest since 2011. With an estimated 1000+ matches refereed, Jason has worked for more than a dozen companies, such as AAW, DREAMWAVE, National Wrasslin’ League, PWCS, and many more in the IL and MO area. Jason has also worked in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin, and is looking to branch out more in the near future.
We would like to congratulate Jason Pemberton as the 2016 Referee of the Year.
Jason Pemberton 35.93%
Jay King 32.04%
Curt Deierling 4.67%
