We are only a few days away from the return of Metro Pro Wrestling in Kansas City. What better form of entertainment can you have the night before you see your 3-0 Chiefs play than some of the very best wrestlers in the world today.
Stars like former three time WWE Tag Team Champion Trevor Murdoch and the current Metro Pro Wrestling’s TV kingpin. Murdoch took on Michael Strider in and out of the ring for dominance in one of the hottest wrestling companies in 2010.
Filled with stars such as the 2009 MWR Wrestler of the Year Mark Sterling, Jeremy Wyatt, Sir Bradley Charles, Mike Sydal, Derek Stone, Pete Madden, KC Karrington, Steve Fender, Tyler Cook, Stacey O’Brien, Casanova and the Barrios Boys led by the vixen Lucy Mendez are just a few of the stars that made the show a success back in August.
If that wasn’t enough the greatest wrestler to ever walk the earth, Harley Race will be in attendance that same evening.
Join our good friends Josh Ray and Dan Gier as they team up to announce another exciting card that will be televised for Metro Pro Sports in the coming months.

3XWrestlings “Halloween Horror 4” is just over a week away and more matches have been announced to this already spook-tacular line up. There will be scares, screams and terrors at the Des Moines Social Club on October 1St for a frightful Friday night of pro wrestling action!
A pre-show match has been announced featuring the always cocky Brady A. Dezire taking on a familiar fan favorite, Tyler Cook. Cook should be looking to gain back some momentum after missing the last few 3XW shows while Dezire will be looking for a big win that could put him on the main show. The pre-show match starts early for those who purchase tickets in advance so you do not want to miss out this awesome match up that will be featured on next month’s 3XW web show Outside the Ring. There will also be a tag team match with American Ground and Pound, featuring Nate Bash and Ben Sailer, going against the team of Sir Bradley Charles and “The American Fury” Jon West. This match could decide which of these teams should face the winner of the Tag Team title match that will also take place that night. With American Ground and Pound ranked at number two in the tag team division and Charles and West at number three these teams will give everything they got to get a title shot.
Plenty of more matches are already set for “Halloween Horror 4” including championship title bouts, grudge matches and the bone breaking, head crunching over the top battle royal! The video featured this week takes a look at last year’s battle royal at “Halloween Horror 3” and is also 3XW’s match of the month.
In addition to the pro wrestling there will also be a costume contest with prizes being given away to the top costumes during the intermission. Come out as your favorite or least favorite 3XW wrestler if you’re not afraid!
3XWrestling’s “Halloween Horror 4” will be held at the Des Moines Social Club on October 1st located at 1408 Locust Street in Des Moines, IA. Tickets can be purchased online at 3XWrestling.com or at Cup O’Kryptonite and both Jay’s CD and Hobby locations. Advance presale tickets cost $12 for adults and $6 for kids 10 and under. Ticket will also be sold the night of the show at $15 for adults, $6 for kids 10 and under and kids 3 and under are free. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with the bell time being 7:30 p.m. Please no Casanova impersonations.

When Lance Cade died on August 13th, Trevor Murdoch lost far more than a tag team partner. He lost his best friend, someone that his children called Uncle Lance.
“WWE thought they were putting two guys together so they could make a million dollars. What they didn’t know is they were putting two guys together that became best friends. And it breaks my heart every day,” Murdoch choked as he broke down in tears, “it’s hard to talk about it now, man.”
But talk about it Murdoch did.

While driving to the IHW show last month we were debuting the MWR Trading card featuring the one and only Tony Kozina, I thought how cool would it be to have Kozina autograph a card and give you a chance to win one on our site?

Missouri Wrestling Revival caught up with New Midwest Wrestling superstar Bobby Houston who had these words for MWR and our fans.
Bobby Houston claims that the three young men who debuted at CUTTING EDGE, (CL Slick, Randy Ray and “The Young Thriller”) are not ready for “PRIME TIME”. And he vows to prove it at New Midwest Wrestling’s BRAWLTOBERFEST 2010!
In a great night filled with some of the top stars in the sport you will be able to see the original WWE Diva Sunny, arguably the greatest wrestler in the world Davey Richards, Hunter Mathews, Mike Sydal and now Matt Cage taking on one of the hottest wrestlers today Kyle O’Reilly.
We have heard from Mike Sydal now we have the reply from the one and only Hunter Matthews l about their match taking place on October 22nd at PWN Redefined: Sterling vs. Richards.
PWN is happy to announce that the 3rd match in the PWN Championship Title Tournament at Redefined on October 22nd is none other than Matt Cage taking on the debuting Kyle O’Reilly! O’Reilly, a mainstay in EVOLVE and recently signing with Ring of Honor, will be Matt Cage’s biggest test yet.
After the recent announcement of Matt Cage taking on the debuting Kyle O’Reilly at PWN Redefined on October 22nd, Cage took the opportunity to discuss his opponent and their match just 4 weeks away.

This Saturday afternoon Missouri Wrestling Revival will be on hand for the MMWA-SICW will be in Hillsdale Missouri for a “FREE” wrestling event sponsored by the Hillsdale Police department and the city officials for a back to school event for the children. This is an outside event so bring your lawn chair and enjoy the Free Wrestling show. Show starts at 1:00pm located on Jesse Jackson Blvd.
Also on the same day, September 25th at 8:00pm the MMWA- SICW will be returning too Fairmont City Illinois at the Holy Rosary Gym. They were there last year and had a great turn out and they have been wanting them back, so they are on the way. This event is sponsored by the Fairmont City Police Athletic League.
Then in the evening MECW returns to Wood River Illinois for a special “Pick your Poison matches”

As the days get colder and nights get shorter out come the ghouls and goblins and that can only mean one thing, 3XWrestling’s “Halloween Horror 4” is almost here! On October 1st at the Des Moines Social Club come see the best the Midwest has to offer for a horrific night of professional wrestling!
Without a doubt one of the most anticipated match ups for “Halloween Horror 4” will be the bout for the tag team gold. The current Tag Team champs, The Gentlemen’s Club, are set to defend their titles against The Horn Dogs. These two long time tag teams will be looking to do some damage at the 3XW arena and no one will want to get in their way!
The 3XWrestling Tag Team champs consist of the handsome Casanova and the red headed wonder boy, “Delicious” Devin Carter. These two have been with 3XW from the beginning and are the first ever tag champs for this promotion. But they have not always been friends and have looked at other from the other side of the ring as they fought over the 3XW Heavyweight title. After some grueling battles against each other Carter decided to do the unthinkable and team back up with Casanova in February of this year thus joining the much hated Gentlemen’s Club. Their second reign as the Tag Team champions came with a win over the High Flyers in March and they have been terrorizing 3XW and the fans ever since.

The Tag Team champs are going to need to bring everything they got plus the kitchen sink if they are even thinking about beating the top tag team contenders, The Horn Dogs. This unlikely dynamic duo is made up of the huge and powerful Maddog McDowell and the agile cruiserweight Krotch. The Horn Dogs had first teamed up in 2008 but went their respected ways as McDowell took on all challengers as he held the 3XWrestling Heavyweight title. Renewing their interest in the tag team gold this year The Horn Dogs have reunited in hopes of taking the belts back to the “dog house”. McDowell and Krotch have both stepped up their wrestling game and winning the gold could send them to the next level.

All eyes will be on the ring for what should be a classic match featuring brute strength, fast paced action and maybe a sleeper hold or two. Also be on the look out for the Gentlemen’s Club manager, the despicable and conniving “Commissioner” Todd Countryman, who will most likely be waiting for the opportunity to use his loaded briefcase. Other championship bouts and grudge matches will be taking place in addition to a frightfully scary over the top rope battle royal! Come join the family friendly action that is pro wrestling with 3XW.
