2.) Jayden Draigo defeated Angelus Layne. This was a case of Draigo toying with Layne, beating her mercilessly and refused to pin her. Instead he constantly dolled out more punishment before finally pinning her. Afterwards he cowardly attacked her with his Kendo stick.

3.) In what most would consider an upset, Preston Maxwell defeated Jimmy Rockwell with the Gator Roll Choke. Maxwell used the move in May to defeat Supafli and now used it to submit Rockwell.

4.) Matty Starr earned his biggest win in PWP ever when he pinned “The Rebel” Jeremy Wyatt. Afterwards, Wyatt showed his anger by hitting Starr with The Lightning Spiral and berating him. After intermission, Matty came back out and told Wyatt he wasn’t finished with him!

5.) “The Passion” Zac James defeated Supafli. He brought a chair into the ring and when the referee took it from him, he smashed the clipboard that contains his PWP Anytime Anywhere Contract over Supalfi’s head and got the pin. James still has the contract that he can use for any PWP title shot and any time he chooses.

8.) In a match that will go down as one of PWP’s best ever, “Babyface” Tony Cortez defeated Jaysin Strife to retain his PWP Heavyweight Championship. During the match, Strife was down on the outside and Jayden Draigo came out and superkicked Cortez in the face! Strife did not see this and covered Cortez, but Tony was able to kick out. After the match, Tony demanded that Draigo face him, and Draigo refused and talked more trash on Cortez before leaving.

Thanks to all the fans for coming out for a great night of action! PWP will kick off our summer tour on July 24th at Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene (just down the road from Horseshoe Casino) in Council Bluffs, IA! This will be an outdoor show and it is going to be a blast! Directions and details to come very soon!

Official Results from PWP’s 5th Anniversary

Posted by flairwhoooooo on June 4, 2010

1.) “The Passion” Zac James defeated David Clark & Jimmy Rockwell in a Triple Threat Ladder Match! This was an insane battle that saw these guys put it all on the line! Per pre match stipulations, since Zac James grabbed the contract hanging high over the ring, he will now receive a shot at either the PWP Heavyweight Championship or the PWP Tag Team Championship, any time he chooses.

2.) Sir Bradley Charles defeated Stephen Saint in about 20 seconds when he rolled Stephen up for the three count! Stephen was furious and shocked, so he demanded a rematch right there, and said if SBC could beat him again, he would quit PWP!

3.) Sir Bradley Charles defeated Stephen Saint in about 15 seconds with a Northern Lights Suplex, much to the fans delight. Stephen Saint is now gone from PWP.

4.) Preston Maxwell defeated Supafli via Submission in an excellent matchup!

5.) The Northstar Express returned to PWP to defeat The Beautiful Bodies in an extremely entertaining tag team match!

6.) “The Anarchist” Arik Cannon defeated Hype Gotti in an epic contest that saw both men give everything they had. This is one you HAVE to see!

7.) “Babyface” Tony Cortez, Abu Colossus, Jaysin Strife, Chris Havius & Donnie Peppercricket defeated The Murder Militia: Jayden Draigo, Jeremy Wyatt, #1 Brett Young, Joey Daniels & surprise entrant Arik Cannon! Cannon shocked the PWP audience by coming out as the 5th member of Murder Militia and attacking Tony Cortez right away! The match was an absolute brawl, wild and bloody, with so many crazy things that it really needs to be seen to be believed! The match ended when most of the Murder Militia were locked out of the cage and the PWP faithful hit move after move on Draigo, ending it with a huge shot to the head by Jaysin Strife with Draigo’s own kendo stick, then gaining the pinfall.

It was an absolutely amazing night of action, thanks to all the fans for making it a huge night to remember!

Here’s to five more years of PWP and don’t forget June 12, 2010 is the next event, only 3 weeks away!
