Missouri Wrestling Revival is excited to receive news straight from SICW Promoter Herb Simmons.
Hot out of a meeting of the SICW staff, on Saturday October 12, SICW returns to Belleville Illinois at the Scottish Rites Building for the “Rumble in Belleville” featuring WWE Super Star, “The Honky Tonk Man”. He has promised that if the ever so troublesome Travis “The Crook” Cook is still in the area, he just may bring a special string instrument to adjust his attitude. This event is sponsored by the Metro East FOP Lodge 262 and will also feature all the SICW stars, Ron Powers, Ricky Cruz, Flash Flanagan, Big Texan, Gary Jackson, Waco, Heath Hatton, and others, and possibly the return of the “Midgets”. Matches are being signed as we speak. There will also be a special meet and greet with the Honky Tonk Man and our own Wrestling at the Chase Legend Larry Matysik prior to the Match. Missouri Wrestling Revival just received confirmation from promoter Herb Simmons of huge wrestling news at SICW.
This weekend we announced that WWE Hall of Fame Wrestler Hacksaw Jim Duggan is set to appear in East Carondelet, Illinois in October 19, 2013. But the year is full on excitement that you will not want to miss.
Fans do not forget that this weekend SICW returns on Saturday Night June 15th with a huge main event featuring CWC title match with Champion Ricky Cruz meeting Ron Powers in an all-out war for the championship.
Also in attendance will be former Wrestling at the Chase photographer Roger Deem, who is the author of the wonderful new book The Strap: A Complete History of Sam Muchnick’s Missouri State Championship.
Every true wrestling fan should have in their collection with photos and commentary by one of pro wrestling great photographers in pro wrestling.

Little Kato is a veteran of “Half Pint Brawlers” and, arguably, the best midget wrestler in the country. Beautiful Bobby Dean also starred in the “Half Pint Brawlers” is one of the midget wrestlers featured in the Spike TV reality docu-drama and entertained fans with his “luchador” style of wrestling, which consists of high flying off the ropes.

Trained by Exotic Adrian Street, “Bloody” Harker Dirge has entertained fans around the world since 1995. One of the very best promo men in the sport today, Dirge does not back down from anyone.
Harker Dirge is known for his dark personality, vicious ring behavior and his ability to absorb punishment during a match. Watch out for his “Dirt Nap” version of the sleeper hold. It has ended many matches.
Dirge has been in the ring against all time greats such as Al Snow, Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Gangrel and Luna Vachon, Tracy Smothers, Larry Zbyszko, Rick Steiner, Dan The Beast Severn, Christian, and Rhino.
Dirge has thrilled fans in macths in the Midwest against Cowboy Bob Orton, Brandon Aarons, Mason Beck, Brandon Espinosa, Christian Rose and including a vicious war with the one and only SABU.
