CCW Champion Ron Powers is now the hunted not only for his title but for his horrific actions last month in East Carondelet against newcomer Ricky Cruz. Cruz was left bloodied and battered after the cowardly cheap shot from the champ as he offered his hand in friendship.

Then you have the top female wrestler of the world MsChif, will be making her debut against the most talked about female in Central Illinois, Serenity.  This will be their first ever one on one meeting and Serenity is hoping to send a message to the Midwest that 2012 is the year of Serenity.  

This and many more of your favorite SICW stars will be in action.

That’s not all, former WWE star and brother to Randy “Macho Man” Savage , “The Genius” Lanny Poffo , the brother of one of the greatest wrestlers in the history of the sport and a very entertaining wrestler himself.

 Let us look at a classic moment not too long ago with the one and only “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig.

You just never know who is going to show up at SICW, and MWR just got word that Santa Clause is even excited to be at this show. So Santa will be there and so for you.

This weekend is so HUGE in the world of wrestling that Dubray and I will have to go different directions to cover two huge shows that are bound to end the year off with a bang.

First off Dubray will be at East Carondelet Illinois, where the fans can get a free Christmas card and candy cane as they come through the door. During the night she will be speaking with fans to take part in a holiday edition of “Dubi meets the fans”, where the fans get to choose their favorite MMWA-SICW wrestler, Dubi will try her very best to get that wrestler to come out and get their photo taken with them personally and put right here on the MWR Site.

MMWA-SICW will also have the grudge match between CCW Champ Ron Powers taking on Ricky Cruz, plus the debut of MsChif and Serenity in their first ever one on one match. This and much more action will be the place to be on December 10th.

Then on the other side of 1-70 I will be making my way to cover Metro Pro Wrestling’s last show of the year at the Turner Rec Center. The first 35 kids 15 and under will receive a free Santa Hat to wear during the show. We would love to see all the fans in their Christmas hats if they already have one, plus, bring your smiles to watch a night of great wrestling. Remember MWR fans both Metro Pro Wrestling and MMWA-SICW tapes for TV so let’s show the Midwest that it is time to celebrate the holidays with love for each other.

Let’s take a quick look at the matches that have been signed to this date. First off is a special grudge match that will have Michael Strider taking on former MWR contributor, Harley Race trained Commissioner Matt Murphy. Then the   new MPW Champ Bull Schmitt will defend his title against NWA Central States Champion Jeremy Wyatt.

Can the belt collector add the MPW title to his resume?

Pete Madden vs. Dan Walsh – If Pete wins; he gets five minutes in the ring with The Magic Man! This will be Madden’s final regularly-scheduled match!

Best of Three Series – Match 2 for the NWA Kansas Title – Tyler Cook vs. “Showtime” Bradley Charles
Two Out Of Three Falls Match – Mike Sydal vs. Mark Sterling
Women’s Triple Threat Match – Stacey O’Brien vs. Lucy Mendez vs. Miss Natural.

So this weekend, fans from St Louis to Kansas City, join MWR for a whole night of great action to end 2011 for each of these respected companies.

From Metro Pro Wrestling’s Show 057, Michael Strider has words for Commissioner Matt Murphy just moments after Strider defeated the Commissioner’s hired gun, Angel.

Wrestling fans after the controversial takeover of MECW from Sinn Enterprises last month, there is “Dark Times” on the horizon for your fan favorites as Justin Reno now reigns as the MECW Champion.

Yet fans, while you come out this Saturday to cheer on the men like Mauler McDarby ,Shawn Santel and Barry Ryte because they willl surly need the support from you, you can also help a good cause.

For each $5.00 toy you bring in are able to bring in a child for FREE.

The Kentucky Buffet - Matt Cage and Alex Castle.

This year The Kentucky Buffet will be helping to gather toys for Toys For Tots. They  will be accepting toys on 12/7 in Olney, IL at IWA Unlimited as well as 12/9 at Destination One Wrestling, and 12/10 again at IWA Unlimited (more dates may be added).

 Everyone who donates a toy will have the chance to appear on All You C…an Eat. So, not only will you be helping out a good cause, but you can also be a part of your favorite web show. If you don’t have time to go out and buy a toy, you can always donate money.

They will be going toy shopping before we drop off our collection and every dollar we can spend will help. Help us make Christmas a little bit brighter for these children in need.
