Missouri Wrestling Revival

December is the month of Santa Claus and a White Christmas but this year you can say that the wrestling is RED HOT!

Last weekend we were thrilled to join our friends at World League Wrestling and the Dynamo Presents GCW 5 reunion show to celebrate the holidays with two super shows.

We hope to see you this coming weekend for another blockbuster Holiday spectacular starting out in Alton, Illinois for St Louis Anarchy’s Yuletide Terror 2012 with a main event that we have been waiting for all year long, Davey Richards vs. Davey Vega.

Also on the card will be a Saint Louis Anarchy Title Match that will feature Dan Walsh vs. Darin Childs vs. Darin Corbin vs. Evan Gelistico with special guest referee: Adam Raw, “The Last Hero” ACH vs. TJ Perkins, the 2012 Gold Edition Winner Kyle O’ Reilly vs. Gerald James w/Family plus much more with a stack card.

Doors are at 6:15pm for all Golden ticket holders and 6:30pm for everyone else (this lets us make sure the Golden reserve get the proper seats).

Then the next night we will return to Kansas City for Metro Pro Wrestling in a grudge match between two of the most dominate wrestlers during the MWR years go at in a best of two out of three falls match. That’s right the MPW Champion Mark Sterling will meet Jeremy Wyatt in an all out war to lay claim for the title and bragging rights.

A.C.H. will defend his Central States Championship against … Santa Claus? Santa claims he once had championship gold around his waist, but we have no records of title histories from the North Pole. You’ll have to see this to believe it! SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A total of 15 inductees, one high school program and one statewide athletic program will be inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in ceremonies on Sunday, January 27th, 2013, at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center.

Harley Race – Professional Wrestler, Eldon MO

Harley Race’s legendary wrestling career spanned nearly four decades. During that time Race won eight National Wrestling Association (NWA) World Championships plus dozens of other regional titles, and managed two wrestlers to the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) World Championship. “Handsome Harley” Race was also involved in operating the NWA territories in Kansas City and St. Louis. He is a member of the WCW and the World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Fame.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A total of 15 inductees, one high school program and one statewide athletic program will be inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in ceremonies on Sunday, January 27th, 2013, at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center.

The Enshrinement events will kick off with a reception presented by Meek’s – The Builder’s Choice on Sunday, January 27th, 2013, at the Hall of Fame from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Enshrinement Ceremonies will get underway at 4:00 p.m. with a reception at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center, with the banquet immediately afterwards. All festivities will conclude around 8:00 p.m. Please note that these times are different than previous Hall of Fame Enshrinement activities.

Tickets for the Enshrinement are $150 each or $1,500 for a table of 10. Tickets are on sale now and available by calling (417) 889-3100. Tickets are limited, so reserve your seat today.
