These two have been at each other’s throats for months, with Preston squeaking by every time, and never allowing Branden to get a measure of revenge. Both these men have been PWP Champion before, and would love to reach that peak again – especially at the other’s expense!

A few days ago “The Karaoke King” Purple posted a video basically giving “The Candyman” Willy Sweet free reign to set the rules and stipulation for their match on October 5th. Purple says he won’t fall for Sweet’s mind games any more, and will play by whatever rules he wants to set…well The Candyman has responded, and the match will be a “Candy Land Nightmare Match”. Sweet however didn’t bother to explain what in the world a “Candy Land Nightmare Match” is…guess we’ll find out on October 5th. Hopefully Purple hasn’t opened up a can of gummy worms which is more than he can handle!

*** JOEY DANIELS defends the PWP Rising Phoenix Championship against CON ARTIEST!!!

In typical Greece Pit fashion, Paul and Joey are claiming to be the “co Rising Phoenix Champion”. Despite the replica Rising Phoenix title that Paul is carrying around (we don’t have a clue where he got it) – only Joey is the recognized Rising Phoenix Champion – and on 10/5 – he will have to face the man he took the title from – Con Artiest!

Ace Hawkins puts his Missouri State crown on the line for the fifth time against Jack Gamble in Troy at the Race Wrestling Arena on Saturday, Oct. 7.

Hawkins embarks to Europe for a wrestling tour later this month.  If he retains against Gamble, he will be the first MWR Missouri champ to wrestle abroad while the champion (the title is only on the line in Missouri).
