Missouri Wrestling Revival was proud to present Raphael King with his 2013 MWR Future Star plaque at World League Wrestling in Otterville, Missouri featuring art by the one and only Raven Johnson.
King had a phenomenal year in 2013 in his rookie season wrestling 150 matches around the country on the way to being chosen by the Pro Wrestling Illustrated magazine as one of the runner ups in the Rookie of the Year category.
There is no doubt that King will have many awards and titles to his credit when his career is done. He is blessed with a great look, size, talent and work ethic that all contributed to the staff at MWR to take notice and name him as one of the 2013 MWR Future Star of the Year recipients.

Tony Casta promotes another awesome night of wrestling at the beautiful South Broadway Athletic Club with several matches that were set up by our Commissioner Jimmy “Big Time” Harris. Some of the matches include a grudge matches between Big David Osborne and Barackus, Lynn Mephisto and Stevie K one of the titles will be up for grabs, also Moondog Rover will be on the hunt for his shot at gold and taking on Jimmy DÂ on the road to gold. We also will have a number 1 contenders match for the Jr. Championship, a number 1 contenders for the TV Championship, and a tag team match between Brandon ‘Espy’ Espinosa and Ace Hawkins VS Brian James and The Great one Gorgeous Gary “Night Train” Jackson with some special stipulations that will be announced at the show by Commissioner Jim Harris in regards to the MMWA Championship belt.
This is one night you don’t want to miss as the action is heating up in the MMWA. Also to start the night off we will hear the great Steve Davis sing the national anthem it’d a gotta see show and hear an awesome singer in Steve “Elvis” Davis..

NWA Central States Wrestling March 29th Update

With the debut of the 7ft Belial taking place on March 29th at the Richland, MO City Hall, there has been a ton of speculation on just what his cryptic messages have meant.
For those of you who watch NWA Affliction on Fidelity Cable Channel 6 in the Ozarks & ECTV in Illinois, you know what I’m talking about.
He is a man (monster?) unlike anything we have ever seen in the professional wrestling industry.
As far as this reporter knows Belial has never stepped foot inside a professional wrestling ring. He enters the NWA as an unknown entity. The only thing that is certain about Belial is he’s not coming to the NWA to win titles, or to hone his craft, he’s coming to lay claim to the souls of the dammed.
Who’s the dammed in the NWA CCW locker room?
What’s his motive?
Where did he come from?
These questions and more will surley be answered on March 29th at the Richland, MO City Hall!!

CHRIS HERO ADVANCED SEMINAR MAY 2nd 2:30pm ALTON IL

We get asked allot if we have a school and more so we get IMS and emails daily from people wanting to come wrestle for Saint Louis Anarchy. One May 2nd we are offering people a chance to learn from a world traveled wrestler who has been under WWE contract. We are offering you a chance to train with CHRIS HERO.
Here are the details.
Date: May 2nd
Location: Knights of Columbus in Alton IL
Time: 2:30pm (we ask guys to show up at 2pm, 1pm if you want to make a great impression and help with the daily set up)
Cost:
$40 this is for wrestlers with 6 months of training and over, these wrestlers will not only get the seminar but will be looked at by SLA for future bookings.
$35 this is for wrestlers who took part in the Chris Hero seminar that Beyond Wrestling held earlier this year. These wrestlers will also be looked at for future bookings with SLA
$20 is for wrestlers who are under 6 months of training or for people who have zero training and want to observe the clinic.
Guys and gals I cannot express enough how important these seminars are for people looking to improve as pro wrestlers or break into the buisness. SPOTS ARE LIMITED!!
