11) The Kansas City Killers (Mark Sterling, Jeremy Wyatt and Mike Sydal)

Posted by flairwhoooooo on August 8, 2011

What do you get when you combine Jeremy Wyatt and Mark Sterling, two of the top stars in wrestling today in one group?  The Kansas City Killers, a team that dominated wherever they went.

Then out of the blue at High Voltage Wrestling ,Mike Sydal the brother of WWE’S Evan Bourne who had just won his first title, the HVW Livewire belt turns his backs on the fans and denounces his hometown of ST Louis to join the Killers.

The aftershocks were felt throughout the Midwest as the KC Killer continued to cash checks and break necks around the country.

Though their time together has been sporadic due to the amount of bookings in main events at different promotions around the country , word has spread of the actions of the KC Killers  thus making them legendary around the Midwest.

12) Submission Squad –( Dingo & Nick Tyson) The Submission Squadv2 ( Pierre Abernathy and Evan Gelistico)

The Squad has gone to war with the Hooligans, and have been one of the most active tag teams in the past few  years.

Dingo & Nick Tyson – 2 of the most technical wrestlers the Midwest has ever seen.  Have torn down the roof on the shows when they teamed together including a bout with the TNA’S  MMG . Submission Squad V2Pierre Abernathy & Evan Gelistico – Abernathy and Gelistico’s unorthodox attack often leaves their opponents frustrated and confused at the end of the night. Have wrestled in almost every fed covered by MWR.  Some of the most traveled out of the Midwest as well.  One expert stated “ They pour their hearts into the business and that is why they are successful.”

13) Doomsayers (Dinn T. Moore – Branden Tatum )

Posted by flairwhoooooo on August 6, 2011

Photobucket

Word quickly spread that they were not to be messed with. Bringing back the face paint of the great tag teams of the Road Warriors and Demolition, they were loud, cocky and took no prisoners.

The duo delivered powerful moves that left bodies on the mat as they mowed through the competition. With the experience and leadership of Dinn T Moore and the raw power and talent of Branden Tatum teams found out quickly that they brought the pain.

Tatum would leave while Dinn T would capture another WLW Tag Championship under the name of “PB&J” Pain, Betrayal, and Judgment” with rising star Brian Breaker.

When Dinn T Moore left to become one of the top wrestlers in Wisconsin, Tatum has since called it quits while Breaker is currently one of the top young wrestlers in the country.

Fun fact : Dinn T Moore and Branden Tatum would take on WWE Star Joe Hennig in his first ever match as he teamed with fellow WWE Star Ted Dibiase……Joe was joined with his father” the Million Dollar” Man Ted Dibiase while Joe was his grandfather Larry ‘The Ax’ Hennig.

Found this historic moment on the internet for you to enjoy…..Please note a cuss word at the start of it so don’t play if you are easily offended.
