Meet Amazing Kong ( Kharma) August 12 5-7pm at the Main Hangar Decatur

WWE & TNA Superstar Kharma Meet & Greet!
WWE & TNA Superstar Kharma (Awesome Kong/Amazing Kong) will be appearing at the Main Hangar Restaurant (located inside the Decatur Airport) on Monday, August 12th from 5:00 PM til 7:00 PM. Kharma is excited to meet, chat & share all her wonderful stories from the world of professional wrestling with all her fans in Central Illinois. Admission to this event is free but we highly recommend making reservations by calling the Main Hangar Restaurant at 217-421-7452.

Kharma is a female American professional wrestler. She is best known for her time in TNA and WWE as Awesome Kong and Kharma respectively but is known worldwide as Amazing Kong. She is a five-time Woman’s Champion, having won the WWWA World Championship, NWA World Women’s Championship and AWA Superstars of Wrestling Championship, World Woman’s Championship and a two-time TNA Knockout Champion, along with winning the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. She was also ranked first in the inaugural list of Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s Top 50 Female wrestlers

The 19th edition of RingSyders on MWR is available now.  Ben Simon and Drew Abbenhaus will host big action.

Smith gets Shaved

Herb Simmons, the SICW promoter, and Travis Cook say their final words before Saturday.  This weekend, Chaz Wesson and Dave Vaughn will fight for Simmons and Cook respectively.  The loser has man’s head shaved.  This is a back-and-forth interview where Herb and Travis put their true feelings on the table.  Either Cook or Simmons will lose their hair and you have to hear this one!

MWR Top Prospects : 5 Bolt Brady

Missouri Wrestling Revival covers many of the top stars in the country today. While many fans are very aware of the 2012 MWR Future Star Award recipient ACH, the adventures of Jake Dirden and the expert tag team philosophy of the Hooligans, there are many others that have a very bright future. In the next few days I am going to give you a list of a few of the most talented young wrestlers that will main event shows for years to come.

This is NOT a list that is in an order of importance, just a compilation of athletes that are sure to have you on your feet, either cheering or booing at a show present or future.

 Combine the size of former MWR Wrestler of the Year Mark Sterling and the charisma of ACH and you have Bolt Brady. He can fly with the force of a bulldozer leaving his opponents grasping for air. The Texas native has been making his way to the Midwest working with the top companies in the area including St Louis Anarchy, Metro Pro Wrestling and Traditional Championship Wrestling.

Fans around the world got a sneak peak of his talents when he wrestled at the 2013 National Pro Wrestling Day. Look for Brady, the one and only “Super-charged Wrestler” , to soar to the top in years to come for.

Raphael King

We have seen what former MWR Wrestler of the Year Brandon Espinosa is capable of in the ring, but his reputation as a trainer is growing. He can boast about having trained a former PWI Rookie of the Year and there is a chance that this young man will add his name beside Ace Hawkins in that historic honor. King may appear brash and cocky but he is well rounded.

Raphael King has his mentor Brandon Espinosa on the ru.

In a very short amount of time King has won the MMWA Tag team championship with partner Chase King and contended for the MMWA Heavyweight title against his mentor Espinosa. King has had quality time in the ring at OVW and the spotlight only seems to bring out the best in the young star.

Like him or not, there may be no way of stopping him from making it big on Monday Nights one day.
