CCW: “Handicapped Hero” Gregory Iron challenges Ace Hawkins for Missouri strap, Feb. 24
Posted by Ben Simon on February 20, 2018
The “One Night Riot” presented by Cape Championship Wrestling is Saturday, February 24 at the A C Brase Arena in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
“The” Ace Hawkins is set to defend his Missouri championship for an impressive 11th time, but against an opponent who could be tricky.
Gregory Iron was born with cerebral palsy, but the “Handicapped Hero” from Ohio has become one of the most well-known independent wrestlers on the circuit. This is actually his first match in Missouri.
Also, the main event (known as the “Riot” itself) is a 20-man over-the-top staggered-entry battle royal. The winner will be the mandatory challenger for a future CCW title shot.
