Xtreme Heat continues the Second Sundays series of professional wrestling events, taking place on the second Sunday of every month at Alamo Drafthouse in Kansas City.  Second Sundays have been acclaimed for featuring the best wrestling matches and talent in the Midwest, as well as nationally-known guests such as “Brutal Bob” Evans and Donovan Dijak.  Xtreme Heat will also feature the next round of the 2017 KCXW Season of Xcellence, a team-based competition with two teams competing for points at every event, as well as the return of ECW legend “Kingpin” Angel Medina, performing for the first time since KCXW: Destiny in October 2016.
“KCXW continues to bring top notch national talent to our promotion, providing opportunities for wrestlers to compete against some of the very best in their own hometown.  Fans will have an opportunity to see outside pro wrestlers who they usually could not, at affordable prices.  We hope to see you at the Alamo Drafthouse!” said KCXW President Jordan ‘Smiley’ Rogers.
