Missouri Wrestling Revival would like to send our thoughts and best wishes to the family, friends and fans of Dusty Rhodes who passed away today at the age of 69. Known as the American Dream, Dusty Rhodes’s legacy as a champion and influence will forever be felt in the sport of pro wrestling.

He was able to touch the fans hearts around the world by giving his heart and body in some of the greatest feuds and promos of the sport. We as fans are blessed that there are so many photos and videos of his greatness that I encourage you to take the time to relive some of the greatest moments in the wrestling that included a who’s who of wrestling.

Last but not least, we would like to thank Dusty for the memories.

Thanks to Harley Race and WLW, we had a chance to meet Dusty Rhodes. I wished I could say that I got to know him personally but never got the chance but as a kid growing up in the 80’s his matches on TV, his photos in PWI and his promos help cement my love for the sport.
