Missouri Wrestling Revival is proud to announce that with this post here we have supported pro wrestling in the Midwest with a total of 4,000 post.

MWR has enjoyed much success and fan support throughout the years thanks to many men and women. This includes promoters that provide the fans and wrestlers with a home to showcase their skills. The wrestlers, referees and ring announcers that give a hundred percent each and every night to take you on a joy ride for the evening. I would like to also thank everyone that has donated their time and talents through writing, photography. Podcast/media and artwork to make Missouri Wrestling Revival.com the place to come find out about the biggest shows, matches and events for the past 6 years.

Throughout the years we have worked with legends, hall of fames and most importantly you the fans to deliver videos, trading cards and yearbooks that have been seen around the world in pro wrestling .

Once again, thank you for sharing the posts on the site, wearing the MWR wear and sharing time with us at the great promotions that we cover.

Pleas know that I did not name names in fear of forgetting anyone. If we have worked with each other or met in the past, I hope to see you soon, if we have yet to meet I hope that our paths cross in the near future.

Sincerely ,

MWR Editor Brian Kelley

Official Statement on Bobby Eaton’s Health

Posted by flairwhoooooo on September 21, 2014

Official Statement on Bobby Eaton:

Obviously the last 24 hours have been a little chaotic. I wanted to release this statement on behalf of Bobby in regard to his current condition.

Yesterday, Bobby and I were booked for Pro Wrestling Phoenix (PWP). The promotion ran its regular monthly show at the Council Bluffs, Iowa National Guard Armory. This is just minutes from Omaha, Nebraska.

We arrived to the venue around 2:15 p.m. for a scheduled 3 p.m. training seminar with some of the PWP crew and aspiring future wrestlers who are still in their training phases. A very respectable group of individuals attended and had a 2-hour time frame to learn a few things from Bobby.

On our 6-hour trip there, Bobby had felt fatigued and most signs indicated that his sugar was low. He has had some battles with diabetes over the last decade.

After getting to the venue and checking his symptoms, I went to a local convenience store and got some candies that help get sugar rates back up as they bottom out. About 30 to 45 minutes later, he seemed to be slightly better.

Around 6:30 p.m., we went to the gimmick table to sell pictures and other merchandise as the doors opened. Bobby seemed to be getting a little worse and started to shake and sweat more. He then started having seizure-like jolts. After a second one, we decided he needed to get to the hospital. One of the guys who was participating in the seminar and several of the PWP staff jumped right into action, getting a local ambulance service en route within minutes. Thankfully, the venue we were at was only two miles from area hospitals.

Bobby’s heart rate and sugar levels were both elevated. Doctors believe he did have a heart attack. His defibulator and pacemaker were key in keeping him from going into full cardiac arrest we do believe.

He is currently still in the hospital as the staff wants to make sure as is well.

As the true pro he is, Bobby feels bad for the fans who didn’t get to interact with him as planned at the PWP event and for the entire PWP crew.

We want to certainly thank PWP for the hospitality and promoter Chris Metry was a true class act. If you live in that area, give PWP a chance. They had a lot of great young talent bundled with area veterans.

I will do my best to keep everyone up to speed on Bobby’s condition throughout the week. Thoughts and prayers are indeed appreciated at this time.

High Level Enterprise Capture Tag Team Gold at WLW

Posted by flairwhoooooo on September 20, 2014

From Jack Tierney

The opener was an 8-Man Over-The-Top-Rope Elimination match. Once the first participant was introduced, Ace Steel made an appearance and announced that he would meet the winner of this match tonight with the WLW Title on the line. So as to not be repetitive I’ll just list the order of elimination:

1. Michael Magnuson
2. Elvis Aliaga
3. Dan Walsh
4. Evan Money Morris
5. Dave DeLorean
6. Superstar Steve Fender
7. Dustin Bozworth

And the last man in the ring was Kyle Roberts who would later tonight meet Ace Steel for the WLW Title.

In the 2nd event Dustin Bozworth pinned Dan Walsh.

Despite interference from the Black Hand Warriors, Superstar Steve Fender pinned Elvis Aliaga in the 3rd match

The 4th match was for the WLW Heavyweight Title and Ace Steel retained his championship by pinning Kyle Roberts.

In the final event – the one everybody was waiting for – the team of Jack Gamble and Jon Webb – High Level Enterprise – regained their WLW Tag Team Titles (which they lost a couple weeks ago in Vienna) from the Black Hand Warriors – Michael Magnuson and Dave DeLorean. BHW were accompanied to the ring by Elvis Aliaga who, due to continued interference, was ejected from the area by Referee Richard White. Despite his return to the ring a while later, Gamble ultimately pinned DeLorean in the one fall match to win back the belts.

As always – card is subject to change – so no ladies tonight – and as you know Leland Race is of commission – but a Heavyweight Title bout was added and everybody had a great time.

Finally got a copy of Harley’s DVD – anxious to watch it and ready to enjoy WLW live again in the near future.
