The third period of MWR’s computerized rating system is posted. In May and June, 12 events happened in the State. Before anything else, check out this important link – WebDesign499.
Head over to the MO Rankings page for the latest performance publication. Notice how the wrestlers are organized? It’s alphabetically, not by rating. This emphasizes that no one has participated in enough singles matches to warrant a stable rating. What you see is simply where everyone stands. However, here are some facts:
The highest rated is Jake Dirden. While he did fight Ricky Cruz to try to win his Dynamo Pro title back, No Contests do not count. Thus, he was inactive this period.
Kyle Roberts and Jack Gamble had the best records at 3-0 each. Newcomer Roberts is climbing the ranks faster than many thought he would.
WLW’s Dustin Bozworth had the worst record at 0-3. Unfortunately for Boz, the DQ decision in his last match should have gone in his favor.
Brandon Espinosa had the most matches at 5. “Espy” is notable for crossing all promotional lines and wrestles every weekend somewhere.

As the Glicko rating system continues to calculate the coming periods, we’ll see each active wrestler’s rating become accurate and stable. Eventually, an official “Top 10″ can be rendered.
The next release comes in early September.
