1.5 cups of Oatmeal
2 Scoops of BMF Vanilla protein
1 shot of Vanilla extract
2 tbsp.s of Glutamine
Handful of Blueberries
2 cups of Skim Milk
Dash of Cinnamon
Handel of Almonds
2 tsp.s of ground Flax seed
2 tsp.s of Wheat germ
