In sports when the game is close and you enter the final stretch run of the game their comes a time when great players step up and lead the team to victory. Those players who are great are clutch in what we call WinningTime. From Micheal Jordan to Reggie Miller to many other sports greats in the world. On August 9th in Alton IL the athletes of Saint Louis Anarchy will step up in the clutch and we will witness WINNING TIME!!

As announced at Circus Maximus Davey Vega and ACH will be competing in the first ever SLA best of 3 series. Match two will take place on this night and match 3 if needed will take place at this years Yuletide Terror: Due to commitments to PWG based in California Michael Elgin and Kyle O’ Reilly will be unable to attend this event. However BOTH men will be back in SLA in Oct.

From Harley’s Desk,

Over the weekend, I received a very shocking call from Jon Webb (a close friend to Darren Gamblin) telling me that his friend, wife (Casey), daughter, and another wrestler (Dave Schermerhorn) were in a very serious accident. I went to the hospital yesterday afternoon into the evening to see how they were. Darren was just coming to, and Casey was still out. Dave was released from the hospital and was resting at home while the baby (luckily) was OK.

This is all that I feel needs to be out there. There are too many people posting not only inappropriate things and images, but also doing it unjustifiably. This right is reserved for Darren, Casey, David, and their immediate family members. We know that all the WLW fans, wrestlers, and family members deeply care about the Gamblins (both themselves and immediate family members) as I saw over 50 people in the waiting room yesterday. But I, nor WLW, will not put anything out there unless told to do so by Darren, his lovely wife, and/or their families. We feel that they are entitled to their privacy and respect by doing this. If anyone has an issue with this, please give ME a call at the office.

Harley Race, The Harley Race Wrestling Academy, and World League Wrestling, are extremely pleased to announce it’s first guests for the 2013 Harley Race Wrestling Camp. Mr. Sugabayashi, the president of New Japan Pro-Wrestling, has confirmed his attendance for this year’s week-long wrestling camp based in Eldon, Missouri.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) is one of the very elite professional wrestling companies in the world. Based out of Tokyo, Japan, NJPW was started in 1972 and is considered by many to be the top wrestling companies in Japan today.

Dates for Mr. Sugabayashi have been confirmed as they are scheduled to attend the camp from Tuesday until Friday (although schedules could change).

In addition to New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s president and staff member joining this year’s wrestling camp, Pro-Wrestling NOAH will be represented by Mr. Ryu Nakada and Mr. Ken Hirayama. NOAH is also regarded as one of the top wrestling companies throughout the world. Their relationship with Harley Race has been in existence for over 10 years, created by Mr. Mitsuharu Misawa (founder of Pro-Wrestling NOAH). Since then, World League Wrestling and Pro-Wrestling NOAH’s relationship is stronger than ever.

Both companies will be on hand at the Harley Race Wrestling Camp to evaluate talent and teach methods that are commonly used in Japan.

In years past, talents have been able to train at the Pro-Wrestling NOAH dojo in Tokyo. Wrestlers include (but not limited to) newly crowned GHC Tag-Team Champions TMDK (Shane Haste and Mikey Nicholls), Jake Dirden, Jason Jones, Brian Breaker, Ted Dibiase Jr., Trevor Murdock, Ross and Marshall Von Erich, Richie Steamboat, Superstar Steve Fender, Matt Murphy, Wade Chism, Bull Schmitt, and more.

More guest trainers will be announced in the near future.

The 2013 Harley Race Wrestling Camp is scheduled to take place November 11th through November 15th. There will be a wrestling event on November 16th which wrestlers from the camp (if chosen) could be asked to perform on the event that night.

Costs for the camp are $500.00 USD. To reserve a spot in this years training camp, a minimum of $250.00 USD must be paid as a deposit.

MWR would like to send out thoughts and best wishes to our good friends Jack Gamble ,his wife Casey their daughter Rylee, and young WLW student David Schermerhorn after a bad accident in a car crash this weekend while returning home from working a show.

Jack and David are Harley Race students and dear friends of Missouri Wrestling Revival as is his lovely wife Casey. The information is that the crash was very serious but they are still alive.

Gamble has contended for the WLW title while entertaining fans at Dynamo Pro Wrestling , SICW, Metro Pro Wrestling, FIST, and MMWA just to name a few. On this night Gamble teamed up with fellow High Level Enterprises partner Jon Web to defeat Dark Shadows & Flaming Freddie Fury when Gamble pinned Shadows after the Canadian Destroyer. David is one of WLW brightest young talents and has been very impressive early on.

Once again though our thoughts today are much more important than wins and losses, as we hope to see our friends Jack, Casey, Bre and David soon in good health and supporting their great smile.
