In August we began our friendship with the great wrestling website, Alliance Wrestling.com . The site is your number place for all the news in the NWA in the world. In our continued efforts to bring more attention to the wrestlers of the Midwest, we felt that it was a great opportunity to work with the Alliance Wrestling website.
Today in the Midwest the NWA is red hot, as the NWA World Champion Adam Pearce returns defend his title against Heath Hatton at All American Pro Wrestling, Mark Sterling reigns supreme as the NWA Metro Pro Champion while the awe dropping skills of ACH has him on top of Central States title.
Showtime Bradley Charles and KC Karrington, two young and cocky men lay claim to the NWA Kansas and NWA Missouri Championship.
Miss Natural a five time WLW Ladies and AWA Women’s champion is set to meet the former NWA Women’s world title holder MsChif. The two don’t like each other at all and both ladies would like to get their hands on the current NWA Women’s champion Tasha Simone.
The man who had reached the number four rankings in the NWA World top ten Jeremy Wyatt is back on the hunt to reclaim the NWA Metro Pro and Central states championship that he never lost.
Key players in the NWA that look to make an impact in the near future include Ricky Cruz who has been on fire throughout the Midwest. Dan Walsh, Trent Stone, Tyler Cook, Davey Vega and Makaze are a three count away from taking the titles from any of the top dogs in the Midwest.
If you had missed the great stories and photos of all the NWA in the Midwest I highly recommend that you take the time to check out these great reads.

Charity has always been a core principle of All American Pro Wrestling.
The Southern Illinois-based organization began in 2006 with a benefit show for the victims of a local house fire, and in the years since, AAPW has taken every opportunity to continue serving the community.
This fall, the charity efforts of AAPW are hitting full swing.
On Saturday, Aug. 25, members of the front office staff and roster volunteered to help with a service project at the Church of Christ in Carbondale, Ill.
The church had organized a furniture donation drive for international students at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and needed help distributing the items to students throughout town.
Terry Taylor, an elder at the church who helped organize the event, said most international students arrive on campus without many possessions and can’t necessarily afford to buy them.
The church gave out more than 80 pieces of furniture – ranging from coffee tables and bookshelves to beds and couches – to more than 20 recipients.
Taylor said the church appreciated the support of AAPW, which made the process easier.
“We’re a small church of about 50,” he said, noting that many in that group also aren’t capable of the required heavy lifting. “We wouldn’t have been able to do this.”
Food drive
On Sept. 22, AAPW will host its second annual food drive for the Marion Ministerial Alliance. At the “Collision” taping that day, AAPW will be collecting canned and non-perishable food items.
Any fan who brings a donation will be given $2 off admission. All food collected will be donated to the ministerial alliance’s food pantry and distributed to families in need from there.
Last year, AAPW hosted a successful food drive and looks to duplicate and improve on that success. Bringing a canned good donation will allow adult fans to see NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce face Heath Hatton for only $8!
American Cancer Society benefit
Finally, on Oct. 20, AAPW hosts “Zero Hour,” the promotion’s sixth anniversary event and annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
All profits from ticket sales will benefit that organization, and various other elements of the night – including a silent auction and a raffle – will also raise funds for the cause.
Colt Cabana will appear at the event, which is also the second season finale for AAPW’s flagship series “Collision.” The event will be taped for DVD.

One week before they face off in the semi-finals of the No Limits Tournament, Team XXX partners Jay Spade and Joey O’Riley find themselves across the ring from two of the biggest men in AAPW, The Convoy.
