Dynamo Pro Wrestling and the Travis Cook Organization

have mutually agreed to the following statement.

We recognize that the Black Hand Warriors, Michael Magnuson and David Delorean (and represented by Travis Cook for the Travis Cook Organization), have not had their rematch clause honored since losing the Dynamo Pro Tag-Team Championship this past August. We insist that this was merely an error in scheduling without any ill intent by the company whatsoever. However, lack of malice notwithstanding, we recognize that we are all past due to remedy this situation and honor the traditional title rematch clause of the former Champions.

Additionally, it is recognized by the company that the Black Hand Warriors, as Champions, faced a distinct disadvantage in the deciding contest in which they lost the Dynamo Pro Tag-Team Championship, it having been an impromptu Four Way Tag-Team Elimination Match. While the company’s sole intent was to create the most dynamic, compelling, thrilling, and action-packed event for our audience, we do recognize that the Black Hand Warriors were not granted even odds nor proper preparation by the nature of such a contest. Therefore, Dynamo Pro has settled with Travis Cook to allow the Black Hand Warriors a corresponding advantage in their title rematch.

The Black Hand Warriors, Michael Magnuson and David Delorean, will be joined by their new partner, Jayden Fenix, to take on our current Champions, “DirdEY” Jake Dirden & Jackal, in a three-on-two handicap match for the Dynamo Pro Wrestling Tag-Team Championship, THIS SATURDAY, February 7th, at the Stratford Bar & Grill in Fenton, MO. The previously announced Tag Team Championship match must be rescheduled, and the company apologizes for any inconvenience.

While neither Dynamo Pro Wrestling or the Travis Cook Organization admit to any wrongdoing, both agree to the terms of this settlement and forego any further litigation of these matters.
