Our Thoughts and Hearts Go to the Family and Friends of Heather Savage

Missouri Wrestling Revival is sad to hear of the passing of former WLW Ladies Champion Heather Savage in a car accident this weekend.
Heather Savage was a student of 8-time NWA World Champion Harley Race. During her time with World League Wrestling, she captured the WLW Ladies Championship on two occasions. On April 27, 2001, she defeated Che Physique in a tournament final to become the 3rd WLW Champion in Buffalo, Missouri. Four days later, Physique would regain the title in Forsyth, Missouri. Savage would bounce back and become a WLW Ladies Champion for the second time on August 1st, 2001 in Springfield, Missouri.
It has been a long time since we had seen Heather Savage in action, but we know that she had many friends and family that cared for her. Not only was Heather Savage a champion wrestler, she was also a mother. It is with our deepest condolences that we will be thinking of the loved ones of Heather Savage during this tragic time.
