Are you a wrestler? Do you want to learn from one of the best in the world? If the answer is yes then come learn from Roderick Strong on Sat. afternoon March 1st. Cost is $30 and we ask that you be at the KOC in Alton IL by 1:30pm. This is open to all no matter how long you have been wrestling.
