To many she is the granddaughter to wrestling great Larry the Ax Hennig and daughter to the one and only “Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig but to the fans of the Midwest and her opponents she has been known as a fierce competitor.

Trained by the 8-time NWA World Champion Harley Race wrestling Academy she was a quick learner who improved with every match. When she debut on July 26, 2008 she would be put to the fire in a match with then WLW Women’s champion Stacey O’Brien in front of a packed crowd in Eldon Missouri. Though the veteran O’Brien would go on to become the MWR Female wrestler of the year in 2008, fans quickly noticed that Amy was far from living of the family name.

By the end of the year she had improved so much to win her very first WLW Women’s title by beating O’ Brien on Oct 24th in Warsaw Missouri. O’Brien would be able to regain the title shortly after that but Amy was just getting started.

With each match you could see the confidence and experience improve and frustrate her opponents. In 2010 she would capture her third WLW Women’s title in a three way match with powerhouse Becca Swanson and rising young star Lucy Mendez.

Throughout the year she would dominate the competition thus earning her the 2010 MWR Female wrestler of the year.
