If you like your teams with a lot of pizazz then the team of Matt Cage and Alex Castle is the team for you.

They currently host one of the top internet wrestling talk shows named “All you can eat”  at Youtube while looking for top competition to defeat.

One expert told me in confidence that “ The Kentucky Buffet, appeared to many as a joke tag team but that notion is long gone, Cage is in the best shape of his life and Alex Castle has been getting better by the day. Back to back wins against the F1rst family this year solidifies them as one of the top tag teams today.”

The Kentucky Buffett has came out of nowhere in 2011 and have quickly moved up the ladder, look for them at a show near you soon.

number 17? NUMBER 17?!?!?!? I at least expected to see these guys in the top 10….nonetheless making top 20 is still an honor…. :/ (sigh)

They guys are moving up, they will be in this list as long as they stay a team. As they get more exposure they will keep moving up the list too! VERY entertaining and fun to watch, if you haven’t seen them there are a ton of videos on Youtube.

  3. Yeah, I think these guys should have been a bit higher on the list. These guys put in ring-time wherever they can, and are extremely hard workers. However, this does reflect the fact that these guys are PHENOMENAL, literally coming out of the ashes of the IWA-P and IWA-U split and rising fast enough to be placed on this list, compared to tag teams all over the heartland. I see these guys being single digits on next year’s tally…
