Trevor Murdoch breaks his silence on Lance Cade ‘I loved that man as a brother, as a friend, as an uncle, as an individual’

When Lance Cade died on August 13th, Trevor Murdoch lost far more than a tag team partner. He lost his best friend, someone that his children called Uncle Lance.

“WWE thought they were putting two guys together so they could make a million dollars. What they didn’t know is they were putting two guys together that became best friends. And it breaks my heart every day,” Murdoch choked as he broke down in tears, “it’s hard to talk about it now, man.”

But talk about it Murdoch did.
